Gluten Free Outdoor Flavours Beer Batter


Outdoor Flavours is a seasoned coating mix, perfect for all of your favourite dishes!  Try Outdoor Flavours batter on fish, meat and vegetables.  Try all our flavours!

Cooking Directions: Mix Outdoor Flavour beer batter with your favourite beer or sparkling water until you reach a thin Pancake batter consistency (about 1 cup to 1 cup ratio) then dip your filets into the liquid batter and place in 350°F frying oil. The suggested internal food temperature is 160°F, then remove and enjoy.

Chef's Tip: For a punch of flavour, try dredging your fillets in a different Outdoor Flavour dry seasoning prior to dipping in the liquid beer batter.

Ingredients: Corn flour, Rice flour, Modified Corn Starch, Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Baking Powder, Paprika, Spice. .
